Data Protection Information

The data held within the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine's on-line CPD system is processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 for purposes related to the administration and management of the on-line system and CPD scheme. Please note that the system is a web-based system which has been developed and is maintained by a third party company, Premier IT, with which the Faculty has a service agreement. In addition to Faculty representatives, staff of Premier IT may also access the data if this is required to fulfil this service agreement. In the interests of security, the data is held and backed up by Premier IT at a secure co-location facility in London and the facility is equipped with the latest anti-virus and intrusion prevention solutions.
